It’s not often that we get to have high-caliber Japanese performers come to the country for a concert, and yet this year we are graced with a tremendous opportunity to get up close and personal with one of the best new artists in recent times.  LiSA, one of Japan’s most watched up-and-coming singers, will be coming to the Philippines for the first time, and it’s definitely a rare chance to experience such amazing talent live.

LiSA will perform a special acoustic set at the Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premier, Taguig on June 27, 2015. LiSA is a modern-day pop princess, with her voice, style, and personality captivating both Jpop and anime fans alike.  Having sung songs that got featured as theme music from well-know anime is reason enough to go watch her perform live.  Songs like the iconic “Oath Sign” for the series <Fate/Zero>, “Crossing Field” for the hugely popular <Sword Art Online>, “Rising Hope” for <The irregular at magic high school>, “Shirushi” and “No More Time Machine” for <Sword Art Online II>, have strengthened her popularity in both the anime and pop rock world.

LiSA has become a charismatic figure for Japanese music, with a fan base that continues to grow exponentially within, but also outside of Japan, having performed in Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Taipei, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Mexico, Boston and Los Angeles. She made her mark in the industry with a solo concert at the legendary Budokan merely three years after her solo debut, and most recently returned to the Budokan stage in January 2015, instantly selling
out 20,000 tickets over two days, solidifying her current popularity.

Why else shouldn’t we miss Lisa’s concert?  It would be more intimate gathering as compared to LiSA’s concerts and engagements in Japan and overseas in large stadiums and arenas.  Fans here will get to see her and experience her music up close.  She will even get to personally hand out autographed posters after the event, offering fans an up-close and personal chance to say hello to their idol.

He success here will open up the doors to other great Japanese acts to visit and perform in the country, so we hope Filipinos can support LiSA as she makes her first appearance here in the country.

Fan response has been overwhelming, so the organizers have offered a 999 peso ticket option so that more fans can get the chance to see LiSA live.
