Top Dancers from Across Asia to perform in Manila at DANCE DANCE ASIA



Top dancers from across Asia will be performing an exciting collaborative street dance show in Manila at DANCE DANCE ASIA on April 28, 2017 (Fri) 8:00pm and April 29, 2017 (Sat) 3:00pm at the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium, De La Salle University, Manila, FREE Admission for everyone.

Experience the latest in technology and gaming this March 23 to 24 as Far Eastern University Institute of Technology presents iTamGameCon17, a two-day convention to raise funds for an outreach event in Cavite.  Organized by the Computer Engineering Organization in coordination with the Junior Philippine Computer Society and the Alliance of Information Technology Students, iTamGameCon17 will serve as a venue for rising indie game developers, current trend of gaming peripherals, aspiring home grown cosplayers, FEU IT’s finest LoL players, exclusive game releases, seminars, and exhibits from various companies that made gaming in the Philippines a boom.

Summer is almost here, and what better way for lovers of Japanese culture to welcome the season than to enjoy a fun-filled festival.  Coming this March 31 is Hinomoto’s Natsu Matsuri: A Japanese Summer Festival at Ateneo de Manila University’s Bellarmine Field.  With free entrance to to the event, everyone can get to experience a traditional Japanese summer festival through fun games, great food, and exciting live performances.

Hiyaw: A Cultural Night, Japanese School Festival Style at UP Diliman

The Japanese exchange students from the UP International Center got to share fun, colorful and interesting aspects of their culture as they opened  Japanese Night 2016 to the public last weekend at their residence in UP Diliman Campus.  This year the students have chosen “furusato”(ふるさと) as their theme, literally meaning “hometown.” The word invokes a sense and feeling of nostalgia among the Japanese, as it brings to mind fond memories of family and friends there, and they wish to impart those feelings with their Filipino friends through unique activities, food and attractions.

Get the chance to experience the fun, colorful and interesting aspects of Japanese culture for free as Japanese exchange students of the University of the Philippines Diliman will be having their official annual event, JAPANESE NIGHT 2016 “FURUSATO” on the 12th of February 2016, at the UP International Center. Already on its 11th year, Japanese Night  aims to promote cultural exchange of Japan and the Philippines through food and cultural activities, and everyone is invited, free admission, to this exciting event.
