An enjoyable and festive cosplay experience hits the North as Kospurei Bunkasai 2019 happens on January 19 at the PFVR Gymnasium in Baguio City. Organized by Curteanah Cosplay Events, Kospurei Bunkasai is a “Japanese School Festival” -themed cosplay event in the City of Pines, planned to be one of the biggest events they will hold annually, along with their staple event, Cosplay Tanabata Baguio.
