Come one, come all this March 23-24 2019 at Function Room 5 of the SMX Convention Center Manila as Cosplay Carnival 2019 comes to town. Already on its fourth year, Cosplay Carnival by Cosplay.ph, promises to be even bigger than before! The event features lots of perennial crowd favorites mixed in with some new additions, and with international cosplayer A.K. Wirru joining the festivities for an affair you should not miss.
With a big top, carnival games and tons of fun photo opportunities, the ambiance sizzles with color and energy. The stage programs are just as fun with Cosplay OTP where cosplayers build their performances by tagging each other onto the stage. There’s also Cosplay Karaoke where event-goers can karaoke in style and in costume and Just Duet where cosplayers pair up and perform their favorite tunes. Finally, Cosplay Group Dance Battle fills the stage with an
ensemble of cosplayers who trip the light fantastic on-stage!
Not in costume? Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to join in the fun with Frenemy Feud, a fast-paced game of popular trivia, Cosplay Auction and Storage Wars and the exciting, new stage activity that is sure to have you flipping out: the Tableflip Showdown!
Cosplay Carnival will also bring in a special guest from Australia: A.K. Wirru. A renowned costumer, cosplayer, model and workshop presenter of 12 years, he hails from Sydney, Australia where he has won many awards including Madman National Cosplay Championship Champion year 2010 and 2014, World Cosplay Summit Team Australia (2012 and 2019), OzComic Con Crown Championships, Australian Champion in 2017 and many more!
