The summer cosplay season starts of in earnest with the 8th Toys and Games Convention, TAGCOM , 2014. Held at the Megatrade Center of SM Megamall, it was a showcase of all the newest and best in toys, collectibles, models, figures, hobbies, and games for the season. The event featured contests, exhibits, booths and a program with a variety of attractions that kept things interesting all throughout the day.
We were there for the cosplays, of course. Those on summer vacation were just itching for the chance to meet their friends and cosplay for an eager audience, and TAGCOM has given them this opportunity.
The 5th level of SM Megamall was filled with cosplayers making an impression to the crowd. It was also a chance fro friends to meet up, catch up on each other’s lives and have fun cosplaying.
We of course got to see our wonderful friends and cosplay models Queenie, Deric, Yanna, and Ashley as they were having fun having their pictures taken with the crowd and with photographers present at the event.
