Drawing in cosplayers, collectors, and congoers by the thousands, Day 2 of Ozine Fest Anime Figure Special 2015 lived up to expectations of being the last major event on the local cosplay and Japanese pop culture calendar. Attendees from all over the country got to close a busy year among friends and fellow enthusiasts, indulging in the many varied hobbies and interests that made their lives fun and interesting. arkadymac.com is an official media for Ozine Fest Anime Figure Special 2015, and our team was there to cover the festivities. Joining us on our coverage were our Cosplay Models and Correspondents Kyle and Czyrah who had the pleasure of ending a full year of reporting on events with us.
Headlining Ozine Fest Anime Figure Special 2015 were special international guest cosplayers Misa and Chihiro, who had several meet and greet sessions throughout the day. Our Cosplay Model Kyle got a surprise belated Christmas present when Misa and Chihiro suddenly gave her a hug.
Misa and Chihiro also made a special appearance on stage and addressed the huge audience that had gathered to get a glimpse of them live. The guests got to have some selfies with the audience, much to the delight of everyone.
As the event name implies, anime figures from a wide variety of fandoms and makers take the spotlight as exhibitors and collectors got to put on display their best and latest for the public to see and enjoy. Team Onii-chan! had a workshop on customizing figures, and it was well appreciated by fellow collectors and enthusiasts.
There were also trivia games, art contests, screenings, and tarp auctions that the audience got to enjoy all throughout the day, with the cosplay competition being one of the highlights of the program. Cosplayers got to show off their amazing skills and costumes and gave exciting performances in front of an appreciative audience.

Of course, the trip to Ozine will never be complete without checking out the many merchant booths of all sorts that offered a variety of items and merchandise catering to a wide variety of interests, hobbies and niches.
We got to see Alecx and her friends on their second day of having the Cosplay Medics booth. They performed an invaluable service by extending their assistance to cosplayers who are in trouble with their wigs, props, costumes and makeup.
We were there of course for the cosplayers who have come to celebrate the holidays, buy their favorite merch, meet up with friends and just enjoy what the event had to offer. As with everyone who chanced upon them at the venue, we enjoyed taking photos of them and appreciated the dedication and hard work they put into showing their love for their chosen characters.
