There’s a reason for everyone in the community to be busy and excited again as we count down the days to the very first major event in the otaku calendar, and that is Otaku Expo Anime & Manga Drawing Special 2020. The event will be highlighting creativity as activities that display artistic skills, such as tutorials and onstage demonstrations, will be available for viewing from experts. There will also be games that attendees can enjoy throughout the event.

Art Antz PH is among the co-organizers of this event. Over the years, the said group of artists has been an active merchant of art materials and participant in various art events and exhibits. With such a background, rest assured that all contributors and attendees will definitely have a blast.
Renowned special guest artists will also be gracing the event. The lineup includes Elmer Damaso who worked for the popular culture Crash Comics, Black Ink and currently for Titan Comics. Little Things PH who won the hearts of many with his quirky short comics on social media sites. A Japanese Illustrator named DMYO who illustrates for Danny Choo’s Culture Japan and popular Japanese games. More artists will be added in the official roster as the day approaches and will all be conducting live tutorials .
Staple activities of Otaku Expo such as anime singing contests, trivias and cosplay competition will still be a part of the event.

In observance with the celebration of the Lunar New Year, games with red envelopes and tikoy as prizes can be played at a gaming booth.
Over 50+ artists and merchant booths will be participating in this event. As a first in our event lineups, our team foresees a huge potential not only in promoting the arts but also the quality standard of partners and supporters.

arkadymac.com has been Otaku Expo’s official media partner for six years now, so we hope to catch you there as we have a special coverage of the event.
