The cosplay and anime community definitely had its fill of fun and scare-iffic experiences as Ozine Fest Halloween Special 2022 had lots of tricks and treats for everyone in attendance last October 29-30, 2022 at the Upperbox Events Place in Promenade Greenhills. This event was entirely for free where kids and kids at heart dressed up in their best spooky costumes, received candies and treats as well as enjoy the attractions, games, contests and entertainment that only Ozine Fest can provide.
While Halloween parties around this season are particularly common, Ozine Fest Halloween Special was bee the first one and the most consistent for the anime and cosplay community. This is probably the reason why cosplayers and con-goers flocked in the thousands to UPPERBOX at The Promenade at Greenhills, and they did have a good time with lots of fellow revelers. Ozine Fest Halloween Special definitely had lots of attractions, contests, freebies, games and surprises for all attendees.
Halloween is for Trick-or-Treat for the young and young-at -heart, and Ozine Fest Halloween Special had lots of treat to give away for attendees and their pumpkins.
Con goes also trooped to Ozine Fest Halloween Special to enjoy some shopping from the many anime merch sellers, exhibitors and from the artist alley with an amazing variety of artwork, toys, collectibles, accessories and anything and everything in between.
Everyone’s favorite Anime Singing Contest wowed the crowd and the very talented contestants had the audience singing, cheering and dancing along to their performances.
Of course, anime and cosplay event isn’t complete with the Cosplay Competition, and arkadymac.com’s Correspondent Anmu was the judge for the contest which featured many talented cosplayers with incredible performances on stage.
Bilibili, Southeast Asia’s leading anime, comics, and games (ACG) community where people can create, watch and share engaging videos, was also at Ozine Fest Halloween Special to share with everyone the many incredible things the community can have and share with the Bilibili app. They had a booth with lots of freebies and at the program they had great games with the audience as well as gave away wonderful Bilibili merch to a lot of lucky attendees.
The program concluded with some mellow acoustic performances from some talented artists, much to the delight of the audience.
And of course, arkadymac.com has always been there to feature our community’s wonderful cosplayers, and many have come donning their event and Halloween best.
Ozine Fest Halloween Special 2022 certainly gave a fun and festive weekend to the anime and cosplay community despite the weather, and it certainly gave lots of fond and enjoyable memories for the attendees that will last for quite some time.
