It was a fanciful afternoon of lolita fashion as Lace Up 2023: Monogatari brought ardent fans and enthusiasts together last October 7, 2023 at the Sunshine Place: Senior Recreation Center. As elegant as it was engaging, Lace Up 2023 has proven that the lolita fashion community is very much well and thriving, continuing to innovate and inspire even more people to the passion and the craft.
Helping us cover this event was our Correspondent Raven, who herself is an ardent fan of lolita fashion, along with our Photographer Keileen as media partners for Lace Up 2023.
Lace Up returns live to the community after the pandemic, once again enthralling fans of lolita fashion from all over. Dubbed “Kimonogatari,” this year’s edition of Lace Up enchanted lolita enthusiasts with a myriad of engaging activities which included mini games, auctions, the Lolita Mémoires Volume 6 Mini Launch, and a Lolita Fashion Show featuring extraordinary designers, with the always-wonderful KiraKiraKat as host.
Lace Up 2023 also featured many exhibitors who got to show their cute, wonderful and dainty merchandise to attendees.
