With a myriad of fascinating activities, attractions, games, special guests and contests, Ren Faire PH 2025 delighted attendees with a memorable and historic experience that has not been offered anywhere else.
Ren Faire PH 2025 got to welcome thousands of revelers through its gates last March 14, 15 and 16, 2025 at its new venue, the Igorot Stone Kingdom in Baguio City. With still much euphoria off its successful initial event last year, Ren Faire PH delighted kingdoms and empires far and wide when it was announced that it would return even bigger than the previous year. Their anticipation and expectations were not for naught as a grander adventure met them head-on over three fantastic days
The Igorot Stone Kingdom proved to be an immersive and captivating venue for this year’s Ren Faire PH. With its incredible castle-like walls and stone structures, attendees could feel and appreciate the medieval atmosphere it brought that allowed them to immerse themselves deeper into their role play. This year’s Ren Faire PH also got to promote three distinct themes for each day. Day 1 was Pre-colonial Philippines. Day 2 was Greek Gods vs. Mortals, and Day 3 was The Wardrobe vs. The Ring, themes that ignited the imagination ad creativity of attendees.
Living up to very high expectations since its inaugural event, Ren Faire 2025 got to assemble the most enchanting and engaging activities, games, special guests and contests spread all over the kingdom all day into the night, which included sensational attractions, a fabulous assortment of workshops, challenges, bounty hunting, eating and drinking challenges, a Battle of the Bards, along with performances from stellar artists on stage.
No less impressive were the merchants who deserve praise for providing the many discriminating needs of attendees wit their fabulous merch, art, crafts and a whole lot more. Since their very first event, RenFaire PH has been supportive of traditional and homegrown art and crafts, opening up attention and opportunities to a new and receptive audience.
arkadymac.com’s Correspondent Sabthulhu shares her experience at Ren Faire 2025: “It didn’t take long for me to be immersed upon seeing the pathway inside the kingdom. It was lined with thatch-roof merchant booths on the left and the castle tower housing artist merchants on the right. It was great seeing the golden bridge connecting the castle tower to the stone terraces where the performer’s stage was located. At the end of the path was the elevated dungeon where the special guests of the Faire resided. The artists market was bustling and we settled in a comfortable area with a beautiful view of the valley. The stalls and wares were in theme with the event, featuring leatherwork, jewelry, and other crafts. Every corner had a bard busking and there were NPCs offering quests and even a postal service. My Ren Faire 2025 experience was very pleasant and immersive and I already look forward to the next one.”
It would not be an exaggeration to say that Ren Faire PH 2025 was well received and enjoyed by attendees, both for the newly inducted and for the returnees from last year. Ren Faire PH 2025 has yet again succeeded in forging and bringing together a community united in a shared passion for the magical, mystical, nerdy, geeky, and niche, with familiarity and reverence for culture and history, while at the same time embracing of innovation, creativity, and artistry.
