Medialink Group (2230.HK) is thrilled to announce the launch of “Gachiakuta World Takeover,” a global anime movement like never before, uniting passionate fans worldwide into the world of this visually stunning, adrenaline-fueled title! Marking a powerhouse collaboration with Kodansha, Avex, and Bones, the campaign kicks off with the main trailer, bringing never-before-seen action sequences, and heralds the broadcast date of July 6, 2025. Medialink Group announced that it will handle the anime series in Asia.

Fans can also see the stunning new key visual (top of page) illustrated by the Character Design & Chief Animation Director, Satoshi Ishino. Global Premiere Event

Gachiakuta will make its global debut with exclusive advance screenings in 15 territories before its official broadcast. Fans can catch these special early screenings in territories including Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. More details will be revealed soon! Stay tuned!

What is Gachiakuta?

Crawl back from the abyss of Hell to change this lousy world!

Gachiakuta is a battle-action story that follows Rudo, an orphaned boy born in a slum inhabited by the

descendants of criminals. The manga, created by manga artist Kei Urana and graffiti designer Hideyoshi Andou, began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in February 2022. Gachiakuta also won the Global Special Award in the Comics Category at the Next Manga Awards 2022. While developing the concept for Gachiakuta, Urana thought that incorporating graffiti art would make it more interesting and enlisted the help of graffiti designer Hideyoshi Andou.

The enemies are conformity, authority and discrimination! This buzz-worthy, groundbreaking manga has finally been confirmed for an anime adaptation premiering in July 2025! The production will be handled by the anime studio Bones Film.
