As a festival of fun and friendship through cosplay, Cosmeet 2025 was a spectacular event that got to feature amazing attractions, performances, games and contests, as well as a special guest who made the event even more colorful.  Ing from South Korea was quite the revelation as she charmed the hearts of fans and attendees at Cosmeet and left them wanting for more from this talented and charismatic cosplayer.

Making her second guest appearance in the country since FanFest last year, Ing got to take part in the festivities at CosMeet.  Her Meet & Greet sessions drew in a lot of Filipino fans for the opportunity to interact with her live.  She had a special appearance on the CosMeet stage for a very engaging Q&A segment with host Korin.  She also got to judge the fast and furious Cosplay OTP alongside fellow cosplayers Kyo-suke and Rica Ortiz.

We were given the opportunity to have some of our questions answered by Ing.  We asked her now that you’ve returned to the Philippines after her first guest appearance at FanFes 2024, what did she miss most about the country?  She replied that “I missed all the people I met during the 2024 event. Meeting so many fans who had been waiting for me was such a heartwarming experience. It was my first time meeting many of my Filipino fans (Heartings) in person, and the joy I felt is hard to put into words. I was so happy to see everyone again this year.”

We asked her what has been her favorite game of all time, and if she has cosplayed a character from it.  She said that “I love Overwatch 2! I’ve already cosplayed Ashe, and I’d love to try D.Va (male version) next.”

We wondered if she still remembers the person who inspired her to cosplay?  She told us “Of course! I deeply admire a Korean cosplayer named Sansin. She inspired me from the very beginning, and now we’ve become close like sisters. I’m still her biggest fan, and I feel truly lucky to have met someone like her in my life.”

Ing has been nothing but phenomenal at CosMeet 2025 as its special guest, and we sincerely hope that she can come back to excite her fans at a future event.

Many thanks to Ing for this opportunity to get to know more about her, and to Cosplay.ph for making this interview happen
