Hobbies and communities united for a friendly and fun-filled weekend as MainPhase MINICON 3: HobbyVerse brought fans together at the Main Atrium of SM City East Ortigas last August 14-16, 2026. As one big celebration for hobbyists, collectors, TCG players, and cosplayers with free entrance, MainPhase MINICON 3: HobbyVerse was an event that was enjoyable and memorable to the community east of Manila and beyond.
Mainphase and Pinoy Toys Collectors United got tho share the third edition of Minicon with even more attractions, activities, contests and special guests for an entire weekend at the Main Atrium of SM City East Ortigas. Merchants and exhibitors were all over the venue and displayed, offered and put on sale the fascinating and fabulous art, collectibles and merch that hobbyists, collectors and casual attendees got to discover and can’t get enough off.
An engaging and exciting program led by arkadymac.com’s Correspondent Yanna as host also got to draw in the crowds and made for a fascinating experience for hardcore hobbyists to casual fans alike. The auctions gave the chance for the audience to get great deals on wonderful items from the merchants along with a dose of friendly competition.
The also got to feature MainPhase MINICON 3: HobbyVerse Guest cosplayers: Saxe, SaMi Welsh, Pia Welsh, Ram Sairf, Diestrocos, Raya Zie, and Shichan Welsh. They got to fascinate and inform the audience about the hobby and the passion of cosplaying, along with delighting the crowd with a special performance.
Then came the highlight of the program as the Mini Cosplay Catwalk competition showcased the colorful costumes and awesome talents of the cosplay community. With the esteemed Nagi, Wibert Lerios and Hazel Velas-Solomon serving as judges, cosplayers made their passion for the hobby show with brilliant performances as they each did their catwalk with cheers from the audience..
The top placers along with the winners of special awards were honored and awarded on stage with the cheers and support of all the competitors in spirit of friendly competition.
MainPhase MINICON 3: HobbyVerse was a fun, cozy event that attendees found enjoyable and memorable as got to be together with the community that shares their interests and passions and who look forward to more future editions of this event.
