Yaoi Expo Lite 2020
The event that has had people curious and excited since it started was back for another year of thrills and guilty pleasures. Yaoi Expo Lite 2020 had fans talking and coming to the Bayanihan Center in Pasig for the exquisite lineup of activities and attractions, as well as special guests Mine Mura, Hana-tox, and Azrael Santi, all for a fun and satisfying event. Japanese Netsuke Exhibition Opens at Greenbelt, Makati
An extraordinary travelling exhibition, Contemporary Wood-Carved Netsuke, a uniquely Japanese art form, was unveiled at Ayala malls Greenbelt 5 just recently by The Japan Foundation, Manila, in collaboration with Ayala Museum and Ayala Malls, with the support of Ateneo de Manila University Japanese Studies Program, Arete, and the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines. This exhibition is free and open to the public from July 1 to 21.
FurryPinas 2019: Fun in the Sun
The largest furry convention in Asia bought furries and their fans together at FurryPinas 2019 last June 8-9, 2019 at the Bayanihan Center in Pasig City. With lots of attractions, games, features and surprises, FurryPinas 2019 established itself as an event worth the attention of folks here and abroad. arkadymac.com is FurryPinas’ media partner for the second straight year, and we’re glad to have our newest Correspondent Jane helping us out on our coverage, along with photography by Tep.

A synergy of sound and art comes our way as Tomoya Kanki PH (TKPH Productions) in cooperation with One OK Rock PH and One OK Rock Ph, The Beginning presents “ONGAKUSAI 2019: The Sound of Art” on July 14, 2019, Sunday, at the SM Light Mall Events Center, Mandaluyong City. Lots of attractions and performances in store for attendees, with proceeds from the event going to the PGH Pediatric patients in cooperation with PGH MMedical Foundation Inc.
