Ateneo Hinomoto invites everyone to celebrate summer under the stars as it brings back its yearly glimpse into Japanese summer festivals with Natsu Matsuri 2023: Shinden. This will be a one-night fair which mixes the traditional and modern cultural scenes of Japan at Ateneo de Manila University’s Bellarmine Field this coming March 24 from 6 PM to 11 PM. Entrance is absolutely FREE!

Three days of non-stop festivities marked the cosplay community’s “matsuwaited” year-end event as Cosplay Matsuri 2022 drew in and engaged cosplayers, congoers and the curious alike last December 28 to 30 live at Function Rooms 1-4 of SMX Convention Center Manila. With lots of attractions, activities, booths, exhibitors, contests, performances and special guests, the event hosted the memorable finale for a year that saw the return of live cosplay events.

Cosplay Mini Matsuri 2021: The Return of the Community’s Favorite Year-end Event
The local cosplay community has been ecstatic as the much-anticipated comeback of live events finally arrives with Cosplay.ph’s first hybrid event, Cosplay Mini Matsuri 2021, held at the SMX Convention Center from December 28 to December 30, 2021. A lot of meticulous preparations have been made in earnest to ensure that health and safety protocols were strictly observed and that the event was organized in the best possible way. It’s been two years since the last major cosplay convention and the organizers wanted to ensure everyone found a safe space within the event in order to enjoy themselves.
