Experience how your favorite game comes to life as Hourglass presents Magenta: A Mystic Messenger event + Cafe this Sunday, March 5, at Warehouse Eight in Makati.  Fans of the game will be sure to enjoy the attractions at this interactive cafe set on White Day, with their specially invited butlers portraying the endearing characters from the game and serving MCs to their hearts’ content.  The event will also showcase a wide variety of booths and exhibitors offering some of the best Mystic Messenger merchandise and art in the metro.

Magenta is a fan-themed event inspired by the popular Korean mobile application game named Mystic Messenger by Cheritz Corporation.  Mystic Messenger is an otome (dating simulator) game where the player (referred to as MC) downloads an app and joins the RFA, a charity association. The player must participate in chatrooms at specified times in order to get closer to the character they want. As usual, the player has to choose the correct response to get a certain character’s route. What makes this game unique is that it occurs over the course of REAL days, so you may have to stay up till 3AM to enter a certain chatroom.

Special guest cosplayers  like Yuki will make your Mystic Messenger experience complete, as they join MCs for games and the chance to unlock their desired endings at the cafe session, and with a unique menu they’ve come up by themselves based on your favorite characters.  Cafe tickets come with:

– Food and drinks. (Menu is in the form)
– Unlock an ending (Cafe session).
– Photo with all the butlers participating in the ending you chose.
– Entrance fee to the event and booth area.
– Unlimited selfies with your butler.

The cafe is divided into four (4) endings / sessions:

1. The Normal Ending (11:00 am – 12:30 pm)
2. The Good Ending (12:45 pm – 2:15 pm)
3. The Bad Ending (2:30 pm – 4:00 pm)
4. The Secret Ending ALL VIPs (4:15 pm – 6:00 pm)

Limited to one hundred eight (108) people only. You may order your tickets at https://goo.gl/forms/LpqJSfU6rQ4twiLI2

Besides the Cafe, there are a ton of booths offering the best Mystic Messenger art and merchandise anywhere in the metro.  Just browsing through them is already well worth the price of admission, and purchasing your favorite items of your favorite characters will surelymake you the envy of all your friends.

Like the game, the event seek to be part of charity too, and will be open for donations to the Missionaries of Charity Home of Joy for the sick Children.
