Already on its fifth fun and fantastic year, Manila Hobbies & Collectibles Convention welcomed 2020 for the geek and cosplay community at Megatrade Hall 3 of SM Megamall.  The event showcased some of the best in collectibles, toys and comics from here and beyond, with fun attractions and side events adding to the fun and festive atmosphere of this two-day affair .

Once again, the first event of the year captures the fascination of geeks, collectors and enthusiasts, with lots of items and merch that were sure to catch anyone’s fancy.

Over 50 booths of toy sellers and retailers from all over the Metro offered an array of toys and collectibles surely enjoyed by hobbyists, collectors and casual con goers alike.

Manila Hobbies & Collectibles Convention 2020 had many attractions at the venue. The Collectors’ display and exhibit of life-sized statues, Toy auctions, the Gundam Caravan, and the Artist Alley were a hit among attendees.

The various K-pop competitions drew in hundreds of fans and participants on the second day, with lots of prizes and awards given away.

The organizers and exhibitors of Manila Hobbies & Collectibles Convention had also made an extreme effort to help out the victims affected by the eruption of the Taal Volcano, and pooled together a lot of donations for relief operations. A truly commendable endeavor.

Manila Hobbies & Collectibles Convention 2020 was a cozy and fun event for collectors, enthusiasts and the curious alike, and we hope they’ll continue to provide geeks, collectors and enthusiasts alike with more fun venues for everyone to enjoy their hobbies to the fullest.

  1. Hi! I’m looking for one of the artists in this convention this year specifically, I was here but lost the contact info of the artist. Hoping you can help identifying him! His booth is on the next photo after the second photo of your blog, right after the megatrade hall 3 photo, the artist’s booth was selling circular or round stickers, you can see them on that photo. Please contact me via email thanks!!
