The cosplay community was ecstatic to see FanFes’ amazing guest cosplayer on her third visit to the country. Flying in from Singapore, Rithe was quite the sight and revelation, enchanting her throngs of Filipino fans as she takes part in the festivities for an entire weekend at the bustling Halls A, B, C and D of Space at One Ayala.
Rithe is an internationally recognized cosplayer and video creator who once represented Singapore at World Cosplay Summit. She has since worked with prestigious tech brands and game titles and she has been invited all over the world for events and conventions.
She enthralled FanFes attendees at a Q&A session on stage then as a member of a panel with Think Talk, and judging cosplay contests besides her exclusive meet and greets at the Cosshoppe booth.
arkadymac.com also had the unique opportunity to ask Rithe a few questions that her fans have been curious about.
Having been a guest cosplayer in the Philippines for the third time, we asked her what are the things she misses or craves the most while she’s in the country. She tells us that “I always miss the snack dynamite! And of course my fans here! My first time visiting the Philippines was when i just 4 years into cosplaying, and now its my 11th year, a lot of the fans here watch me grow as a cosplayer but also as a human, and that relationship with everyone here, i also miss very dearly.”
Rithe got to be a judge for the cosplay contests at both days of FanFes. We asked her what about a cosplayer’s performance impresses her the most. “The confidence from everyone, there are ways to be entertaining during a performance but all that builds on a confident person, and i felt like everyone had that!She tells us that it’s the confidence from everyone,” she replies.
Knowing that she is one of the biggest fans of Saber from the Fate Stay Night franchise, we asked her what has been her favorite version of the character.? “DEFAULT for sure, Og Saber best Saber,” was her unflinching reply.
Rithe definitely made waves at FanFes 2025, with her Filipino fans seeming to not get enoough of her, and we all look forward to seeing her again in the country as she continues to make an impact in the world of cosplay with her grace, hard work, and impressive cosplays.
