It was another maxed-out geek experience dedicated to hobby events, tech showcases, cosplay and collectibles as Cyberzone Geek Con DX 2026 had its second leg at SM Southmall last April 18 and 19. Already on its fourth straight year, Cyberzone Geek Con DX took attendees on a geeky adventure and explored all things tech and pop culture as they experienced cosplay and gaming action on a whole new level.
Cyberzone Geek Con DX 2026 is a grand showcase if the latest in tech and gadgets, as well as a fascinating adventure into hobbies and passions like cosplay, Vtubing, collecting and gaming. Amazing partner brands like AMD, Aezer, PC Express, Ludus Distributors and Neutral Grounds got to show off their bestsellers as well as provide amazing deals and product demos to attendees.
A fun and engaging program fascinated audiences on both days of the event led by phenomenal hosts DJ Phaiser and Korin. Filled with attractions, performances, auctions, trivia games, brand showcases, Vtuber and community workshops, PC building and typing contests, gaming tournaments, as well as cosplay parades, there was non-stop action and excitement all two days of the event.
Special guest cosplayers AC Cosplay, Kousei, Sonica, Dao Thran and Amaki fascinated attendees with special appearances, Q&A sessions on stage as well as meet and greets with their many fans.
One of the highlights of the event was the Solo Cosplay Catwalk, a fast and furious cosplay battle that saw many incredible cosplayers showing off their unbelievable skills and talents to impress the audience as well as esteemed judges AC Cosplay, Dao Thran and Amaki, Winners got to partake in a total 30,000 pesos in cash prizes, one of the biggest among contemporary cosplay contests.
And arkadymac.com was of course there for the cosplayers, who came in drovers both days of the event to enjoy the attractions, participate in parades and share the love for cosplay with mall patrons, cosplay fans, as well fellow cosplayers with photos and stories.
SM Southmall was the second spectacular leg of Cyberzone GeekCon DX 2026, with more legs on May 2 and 3 at SM Seaside City Cebu, and then May 30 and 31 at SM CDO Downtown Premier.
