A night of fun and laughter, this festival is all about summer amusement. Hinomoto held Natsu Matsuri, a summer festival, in Bellarmine Field, Ateneo de Manila University last March 23, 2018 (Friday). It was open to everyone and for free, and guests got to enjoy a pleasurable event under the early summer sky. arkadymac.com is Natsu Matsuri’s official media partner for the second straight year, and we are glad to bring you the highlights of the event.

Hinomoto’s Natsu Matsuri (夏祭り) recreated the experience of a traditional Japanese summer festival as it featured fun booths for event goers to partake in and enjoy:
- kingyo sukui (goldfish scooping)
- Wa Nage (ring toss)
- Shateki (shooting game)
- Yoyo Tsuri (yoyo scooping)
- Batsu Game (punishment game)
- Kimi no Na Wa (name calligraphy)
- Tarot Readings (fortune telling)
Guests can play the games by buying chits for P10 each chit. Each game has a corresponding number of chits that are needed in order to play. Those who suceeded got to take home some really nice prizes. There were also some great food and refreshment booths where guests got to enjoy Japanese and festival-themed goodies.

One of the best things to do at Natsu Matsuri was to just to sit down or lay on the grass while watching the stage performances from some very talented artists. Festivals and entertainment go hand in hand, and there were plenty of live performances featuring bands and groups from different circles throughout that night.

In the spirit of a true summer festival, Natsu Matsuri was the time to simply enjoy each other’s company and to create timeless memories worth looking back on. All around the venue, all throughout the evening, you’d see friends, classmates, colleagues, family enjoying themselves amid the fanfare and entertainment under the summer evening sky.
Natsu Matsuri 2018 is brought to everyone by ROYCE Chocolates PH, Dohtonbori Philippines, Richeese Philippines, Jellyfish Education Philippines, John Clements Consultants Inc., The Dragonforge, and Vital Purified Drinking Water.
