It was an extravaganza of all the things that people love and enjoy as ARCHcon 2023 once again brought communities together last November 18-19, 2023, at the IC3 Convention Center in Cebu. As the biggest annual hobby convention with a cause, this year’s Anime Role Playing Games, Comics & Hobbies Convention was a big hit with its spectacular lineup of guests and attractions.
Celebrating everything geek and wonderful, the premier event for hobbyists in Cebu since 2004 once again thrilled fans from all over the world with a stellar selection of attractions, special guests, activities, competitions and performances. Featuring a multitude of interests like cosplay crafting & performances, hobby photography, figurine collecting, traditional and digital art selling, game development, esports, tabletop games, international cosplay guests, Vtubers, voice actors, regional cosplayers and artists, competitions for the worldwide stage and much more, ARCHcon 2023 was a bastion for all the communities with shared passions.
ARCHcon 2023 got to feature an incredible ensemble of guests and artist including: International Guest Cosplayers REIKA & Kat Grey, international Vtubers BAO THE WHALE & SODA KIT, Japan Idol Performers CHICKEN BLOW THE IDOL, HIMEGOTO ZETTAICHI, BUGVEL, WEST& , GUMI and KUROGURO, plus local guests MNL48, Pastel Mix, Charess, Vanille Velasquez.
As a convention with a cause, ARCHcon’s mission to grow and develop the hobbyist community in Visayas is reflected in the support and the impact it has had in the community. Truly, ARCHcon 2023 got to welcome attendees with open arms and a haven where they can freely express their love for their hobbies.
