Following its very successful initial event last year, CosMeet returns to majestic Okada Manila on October 26 to 27, 2024 at the Cove. Happening alongside PLAY’s Halloween Unlocked celebration, CosMeet 2024: Verdant Story will take attendees on a game-themed adventure filled with family-friendly Halloween activities, cosplay, art, music, and fandoms at Cove Manila.
Despite being an initial offering late November last year, CosMeet exceeded expectations, drawing thousands of attendees to an exciting new venue. Cove Manila at Okada Manila was nothing short of majestic and luxurious, and cosplayers were quickly impressed and had enjoyed going around the venue and having great photoshoots. This is why news of CosMeet 2024 resonated well with the community, as it offered exhibitors, attractions, games, contests and surprises once again at the fabulous venue within The Cove.
CosMeet 2024 had announced its special international guest cosplayer back in Cosplay Mania, and cosplayers responded favorably to the return of Thames to the Philippines. Thames will be having stage appearances as well as meet and greets with his Filipino fans.
An exciting lineup of activities will keep attendees excited and engaged from the stage.
Artists MiRai and DNE are set to perform on stage with electrifying numbers to thrill the crowd.
CosMeet 2024 will be all about the fans who wish to meet up and enjoy their hobbies and passions, and they will get to have their spotlight with fun and enjoyable contests for attendees to enjoy like Kaiju Sweeper and Geo Hunter.
Two huge contests will be the highlights for each day, bringing much fanfare to the event. Cosplay Karaoke-Game Edition on Day 1 will feature stellar performances from some of the best singers in the community. We are happy that arkadymac.com’s Correspondent Darene will be one of the judges.
Solo Cosplay Catwalk-Game Edition will excite the audiences on Day 2 as it features the unbeatable talents and creativity of our community’s cosplayers in a very exciting catwalk. We are happy that arkadymac.com’s Correspondent Vanessa Anolin will be one of the judges.
Attendees will also get to enjoy All Star Avenue, where they can encounter their favorite cosplay heroes for meet and greets and merch sales, like Mitchaki, Pomponmy, Jane Yu, Eri Strawberry, New Game+, Rica Ortiz and arkadymac.com, as well as the event’s fantastic performers, MiRai and DNE.
At the end of each day, an open karaoke session on stage will provide a fun and relaxing time for attendees to enjoy and wind down.
