Great local Jrock bands and guest performers showed their best in front of an appreciative crowd as talented musicians got to perform familiar Japanese songs for the audience to enjoy on the second day of the Battle of the Bands.
The highlight of the day was the individual cosplay competition where contestants battled it out on stage, putting on great performances in colorful and creative costumes in front of a supportive audience. In the end, Sergio won First Place for his exciting performance as Daimos.
We were also there for the cosplayers of course who were enjoying themselves at the event having their pictures taken by he crowd, photographers, mall patrons, and fellow cosplayers. We of course did not pass up the opportunity for quick shoots with cosplayers and congoers just having fun.
With a very good turnout of attendees, Otaku Expo Reload 2015 was an event where attendees got to indulge in the many fun aspects of Japanese pop culture and more and a venue for sharing this passion and fascination with others.
